Die Eigenschaft eignet sich dafür, das Steuerelement zu ermitteln, das aktuell gezogen wird.
Mit Dragging können Sie den Drag-Status eines Steuerelements feststellen. Wenn Dragging True zurückgibt, wird das Steuerelement gezogen, andernfalls nicht.
